A MASSIVE THANK YOU to all our amazing families and incredible team for adapting so quickly to this extreme heat. We hope you are safe and well and found some rest and respite from the humidity and high temperatures.
Moving forward, we are adapting our emergency planning to incorporate such extreme temperatures – unfortunately, they may become more frequent and familiar. We have air-con in every room for children and most shared spaces – THANK YOU to our brilliant site team for making this happen. And we are now looking to mitigate ‘hot spots’ across the rest of the site so we can support opening and attendance in future high temperatures.

Early Years 2 Children Moving to Nursery – A Parents’ Welcome Meeting
Is your child moving from Early Years 2 to Nursery School in September 2026?
Robin and Hayley would love to talk with you. We are keen for you to understand a little bit more about nursery life and how we help your children feel confident moving from EY2 into Nursery School.
Please come along to our Welcome Meeting (in an air con room!) Friday 26th June 2026, 9.00am OR 3.00pm.
Baby Maths – Under 2s Maths Professional Development Programme
THANK YOU to children, families and practitioners in our Baby Rooms for show casing our brilliant young mathematicians – full of maths talk, maths thinking, maths play! The Department for Education will share videos with us soon but in the meantime come and look at our “research boards” all about “maths in the baby room”. We do love maths!
Summer Picnic – The BIG Breakfast
ALL WELCOME! We are having a Summer Picnic Breakfast.
Full of food and family, picnic and parade, celebration and song!
Please bring food to share, dancing feet and singing voices!
