We are coming to the end of 2021!  And despite another year of uncertainty and having to adapt to different ways of being, feeling and behaving, we have continued to be hopeful, resilient and tenacious!

The children continue to show us their playful exuberance, their incredible learning and delight us at every turn with their creativity, courage and boundless energy!

We continue to “look outwards”, going on our regular local walks, minibus trips out in the city and woodland walks, and will be reconnecting with Bristol Old Vic and We the Curious in the New Year.

And we have loved having parents, carers and families coming in for “spotlight” conversations –  part of our new assessments process.

It’s been great to invite you in to immerse yourselves in the play, interactions and experiences across the centre, talk about and celebrate your children’s learning, and share photographs and videos of them here and at home.

We look forward to continuing these “spotlight” conversations in the New Year.

“Santa Claus says, “Ho Ho Ho”!”

The children have been celebrating and singing together!

Listen to – and join in? – with our Christmas songs.  Find the audio files in our News from the Rooms.

Children have been making and decorating Christmas trees and Lisa (our chef) has been busy preparing brilliant tasty Christmas tree biscuits!

We wish everyone a Happy Holiday, a Happy Kwanza, and a Happy Christmas.

We hope you stay safe and well and will see you in 2022!

Lots of love from all of us at St. Paul’s Nursery School and Children’s Centre.
