We are looking for a number of motivated and enthusiastic support workers to join our team during lunchtimes with our 3 and 4 year old children and also SEND children.
We believe meal times should be an opportunity to
- Share food in a relaxed, happy and social experience
- Deepen conversations and talk about links to home and family
- Experience different foods, wonder about the foods together and try new things
Can you help us provide this for our nursery children?
We are looking for support workers who:
- Can positively engage children and build fun, professional relationships.
- Sensitively support children to develop independence and self-care skills
- Will enjoy supporting children to play together in our fabulous new garden space in all weathers.
- Can use their initiative to set up, organise and clean up the dinning space whilst following all health and safety regulations.
- Can work with the team to ensure all children’s safety in our busy nursery environment
- Enjoy responsibility and challenge
In return we can offer:
- A committed and highly experienced team with pedagogical leadership at the heart
- Continuing training and professional development and full induction
- A supportive and inclusive environment with a focus on individual’s emotional well-being
St Pauls particularly encourages applications from suitably qualified Black and Minority Ethnic candidates and those who speak community languages, although all applications are warmly welcomed and will be considered on their merits.
