ERIC in July – Help with Potty and Toilet Training – Independence and Confidence
Summer is on its way! And it’s a great time to help children to use the potty and toilet – it’s so important for children’s self-esteem and growing independence.
HAYLEY will be sharing information, messaging on Instagram and having Corridor-chats in JULY and SUMMER.
Children Moving to Primary School
We are saying goodbye to children moving to Primary School and celebrating their learning journey with us before their next adventure! We wish you all the very best on your next BIG ADVENTURE!
Early Years Two Children Moving to Nursery
We are supporting children moving into Nursery now and over summer. There will be lots of opportunities for them to spend time in the Nursery rooms and spaces, explore the resources, put up their photos and family photos and experience some of the Nursery Routines such as small grouptimes and storytimes.
Goodbye, Good Luck
We are saying “goodbye” to Rhea who is taking up a full time artist-in-residence post. Also, goodbye to Nadia (at the end of August) who is moving to London. Ella, Kirsty and Lilli are growing their families! We wish them all the best with their new babies – we hope to meet your little ones soon.

Bank Holidays
The entire centre will also be closed for the following public holidays:
- Christmas to New Year’s Day – the centre will close at 5:30pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2026 and reopen at 8.30am on Monday 4th January 2027
- Easter break: Good Friday 26th March 2027 and Easter Monday 29th March 2027
- Early May Bank Holiday: Monday 3rd May 2027
- Spring Bank Holiday: Monday 31st May 2027
- Summer Bank Holiday: Monday 30th August 2027
DAY CARE – Free funded 12/24 hours closure dates
The centre will be closed for Working Families Funded Childcare children (babies and 2-3s) and Eligible 2 children (2-3s) during following weeks, unless you book to buy the sessions at full cost – no funding is received from the government:
