Starting Primary School is a big step for both children and parents, isn’t it?
We really hold children in mind as they get ready to move to school.
We are helping children get ready for their next big adventure by reading ‘My first day at school’ books; trying on uniforms; looking at school photographs and welcome booklets; talking about feelings ( both excitement and joy but also worry and sadness ); and ‘drawing out’ the now/next timeline to school.

ERIC in July – Help with Potty and Toilet Training – Independence and Confidence!
Summer is on its way! And it’s a great time to help children to use the potty and toilet. Toilet training is so important for children’s self-esteem and growing independence, and ERIC is the national charity that supports children’s
health in toileting. We are ERIC-trained!
