Costs with Working Parent Entitlement explained
The hourly rate that we receive per child from the government does not cover our costs. The St Pauls Enrichment charge covers for example staff enhanced ratios, artist in residence, outdoor activities such as the fire pit, cooking.
As we are an all-year-round provision, the 30 or 15 hours that the government give as funded hours are stretched across 47.5 weeks of the year which equates to 24 or 12 hours per week.
We offer the funded hours between 8.30-2.30 over 4 days (for 24 hours) or over 2 days (for 12 hours). For 3 days only 12 funded hours can be offered and for 5 days only 24 funded hours can be offered. Any sessions from 2.30 will be chargeable which will be broken down on the new EYR01 form which you will be sent to you via DocuSign.(This is a document parents must complete in order to receive funded hours for their child, we have incorporated this into our admissions form).
Priority is given to parents that opt for the 8:30-4 sessions.
