Bristol City Council are launching the Bristol Under Fives Questionnaire.

They have developed a questionnaire for parents of children under five which covers a range of topics based on requests from Children’s Centre leaders.

Topics include eating routines, breast feeding, dental health, physical and other activities, disabilities and additional needs, mental health and wellbeing, domestic violence and abuse, and substance misuse.

The survey will run over the summer, from now until the end of September and we would like as many parents/carers from across the city to complete it as possible – the more respondents we have, the easier it will be to interpret findings from the survey and this is a great chance to make your opinions heard and to share them with us on a wide range of important issues.

Respondents will also be entered into a prize draw to win a family ticket to one of Bristol’s attractions.

You can complete the online survey here.
